Hi dancers! This week's lesson is called What's Your Name? We will start by practicing the assignment with my name (it's LONG, so you'll be able to practice a lot of moves). Then, you are going to use your name to create a dance. You can write down the order of moves so it's easier to remember. You do NOT have to memorize it. Happy dancing! REMEMBER TO LOOK AT THE PICTURE TO HELP YOU KNOW WHAT MOVES GO WITH EACH LETTER IN YOUR NAME.

Hello! Welcome back fourth and fifth graders, I missed you. For our first week of dance, we're just going to move our bodies and try to have fun. Don't worry about getting anything "right". Try every video and see how happy your body and muscles feel afterward. Your family and anyone there with you is welcome to dance too. You are also welcome to come back to the website and dance as many times as you want. Also, all lessons will stay on this page, just keep moving down the page and you'll be able to see them. I'm excited to start a new school year with you, though I wish we were able to dance together in person. I'm glad that everyone is staying safe and healthy, too. Our online dance lessons will be up soon. I will be posting every week. You're welcome to come back and dance with our weekly lesson and all of the other lessons as often as you'd like.
Keep dancing! Mrs. Delodovici |
